- A customer may only qualify for one mobile loan linked to one account at any given time.
- The facility is fully accessible via the USSD code (*810#) or through the Caritas Pay Mobile App.
- Loan limits range from Ksh 100 to Ksh 70,000.
- The loan tenor is 30 days, charged at 8% flat interest, deducted upfront at disbursement stage.
- Roll over fee of 8% of the outstanding balance if the customer has not paid for 30days. The roll over shall be done to a maximum of 2 times.
- Customers may borrow more than once, provided they have not exhausted their approved maximum loan limit not exceeding Ksh 70,000.
- If after the rollover over the client loan is not paid, the loan will be classified as per the CRB guidelines given by the regulator.
- Your borrowed loan details via our mobile application will be shared to all approved CRB entities and any other lawful entities as per available laws.
