David joined the Bank as CEO in 2021 and brings over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services. He has extensive expertise in business development, credit risk management, and financial operations across Kenya and Tanzania. Prior to joining Caritas MFB in 2021, David served at Equity Bank for more than 10 years in senior leadership roles and has also held key leadership positions in various MFIs, MFBs, and DFIs including KIE, BIMAS MFB, and the Women Economic Empowerment Consortium. He holds a Master’s in Management of Agribusiness and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and he has completed a Diploma in Business Management and an Advanced Certificate in Business Management.

Amon is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in finance, banking, microfinance, audit, and taxation. He has previously held various finance and accounting roles at Halifax Financial Services Ltd, Century Microfinance Bank, and Equity Bank. Amon holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting) and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Everlyne is a certified HR practitioner and member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). She has over 20 years of experience in banking with expertise in HR Management and Administration, Learning and Development and Business Development. Everlyne has previously served in key Managerial roles at Kenya Women Microfinance Bank and Jamii Bora Bank (now Kingdom Bank). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Higher National Diploma in HRM, and a Diploma in Business Administration.

Moses is an experienced professional skilled in driving social development initiatives across health, education, and financial literacy Moses previously served for 12 years in the Institutional Banking – Religious Department at Equity Bank, where he developed and managed financial programs tailored to religious institutions and community organizations. He holds a Master’s degree in International Health Care Management, Economics, and Policy. Since joining Caritas Bank in 2024, he has focused on developing sustainable financial models for faith-based and community groups, aligning banking solutions with broader social impact through key initiatives such as Carimed, Solarization, and Electric Vehicle (EV) financing.

Davies is an IT Project Management specialist and a Network Systems Engineer with more than 19 years of experience in ICT within the banking sector, including 7 years as an expatriate in Burundi and South Sudan with KCB Bank Group and Kush Bank PLC. He holds a Master’s (MBA) in Management Information Systems and a BSc in Telecommunication & IT. He is certified in IMIS (UK), Prince2 Practitioner, ITIL, MCSE, Cisco ISE, Cyber-Ops, CDCP, and is a LIMIS licentiate. Davies has a proven track record in delivering banking innovations, strengthening disaster recovery, and implementing enterprise ICT solutions.

He brings over 15 years of banking experience with deep expertise in credit processes, risk analysis, portfolio management, product development, and banking operations. Sospeter has previously worked with Equity Bank, Faulu Microfinance Bank, and Family Bank. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Mathematics) from Kenyatta University and is a full member of the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts of Kenya.

Benson has previously held key roles at Equity Bank and Rafiki Microfinance Bank and now leads the strengthening of risk governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-wide control frameworks at Caritas MFB.

Dennis is an Associate Banker (AKIB) certified by the Kenya Institute of Bankers and holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance.

Martin holds an MBA in Strategic Management and holds a BSC in Biomedical science and technology (Egerton University), & other trainings in Risk Enterprise management (KSMS), Product management, and Big data (Stellenbosch University) He brings great leadership operational efficiency, business growth, performance management, and community -focused banking models.
